Non-returnable items excluded from all change of mind returns include:
1. Products described as 'custom made'
2. Products altered as requested by customer
3. All bed linen products
4. Orders for commercial or non-domestic use
5. Product not in original condition
Description and Measurement for Curtains and Sheers
The products we sell are photographed and accurately displayed on the website, however, due to different types, styles and settings of device shading and colour may appear differently to the exact colour. Therefore, we strongly suggest that you request a free sample before placing order to ensure that you are happy with the colour and quality. Whilst every attempt will be made by us to ensure that the products sold and delivered match in every respect any sample or description shown or sent to you.
We offer alteration service for some of our products, which will be conducted based on the size you provided. It is your responsibility to take the correct measurements of your window hardware. If you are unsure about any products or how to measure, please refer to our online measurement guide, or contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance before ordering. Please check the product details and measurements of the goods before placing order. We cannot accept returns or refund if we are provided by incorrect measurement, as the products are made to measure which can’t be sold to other customer.
2) Custom made products
For custom made items, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before confirming the order. No returns are possible for custom-made items due to change-of-mind or where the size that you have ordered does not fit. These items have been made especially for you, so please measure-up and choose carefully. Refunds are provided on custom-made products only if there is an issue with quality.
Please note that for health reasons, we cannot accept any pillow cases, sheet sets or quilt covers for return.
